In all seriousness, I've certainly learned that, as in everything, specialization is the key. For a cruiser, I wouldn't trade my DeLuxe for anything out there right now. Iron-butt marathons? Give me a GoldWing. Canyon Carving? I'd like my GSX-1000 please. I rode a Buell not long ago, trying to continue to bleed Harley orange, but in all honesty, it really couldn't compare to the 'Zuk for sheer terror-inducing performance.
BTW, Vdub, the comparison that might be closer re- the Porsche/Harley item would be a late-sixties Chevelle 454/Harley. Great for what it is; lousy for what it isn't.
