In the past years snow has been rarely seen in this area of the world. White Christmas didn't happen every year, but apparently more often as I was young.
Some say this part of the world (Central Europe) will economically profit from global warming. A great comfort... :-\

On another note - Poland's been surprisingly little hit by the global economic turmoil. Feels like (almost) nothing's happening, at least until I open a new  issue of The Economist ;)

Yesterday I happened to click on this thread, and, not being in a talkative mood, turned back without saying a word. After that I felt a bit uneasy; by entering and saying nothing I broke the rule of the game, after all. So I’m back now, and will post a message as I was expected to do:
