City Rivalries

Spring is a great time to be a sports fan, with NCAA March Madness, the start of baseball season, near the end of the basketball & hockey seasons, soccer season, etc.  Watching the Cincinnati/Ohio State NCAA game & anticipating the upcoming Kentucky/Louisville match, I thought about rivalries between cities, particularly those of all the different Chicago sports teams.  What other cities/teams have rivalries?

White Sox ... Yankees

CHICAGO vs DETROIT
Bears ... Lions
White Sox ... Tigers
Bulls ... Pistons
Blackhawks ... Red Wings

Lions > Bears
Tigers > White Sux Sox
Pistons < Bulls
Wings > Blackhawks

My hometown wins the first two handily (at least in the current-day order of things); the third one isn't even close. After a great mid-season, the Wings have struggled mightily of late, but have slight lead over the Blackhawks.

Over the years, the Bears / Lions rivalry in the Black and Blue division has been my favorite to watch.

Avalanche vs Red Wings has had some heated moments.
