Anyone here familiar with the Orlando area?

There is a pretty good chance we will be moving there this summer, it is by no means a given at this point. I am trying to research it to make sure we are prepared...

Looking for someone that knows the neighborhoods so that I can get a feel for the cost of housing. I know it is considerably more expensive, but I don't know what areas are decent areas.

Well, it looks like we will be moving around late June. Trying to sell the house right now!
