Not exactly.  This is a seasonal thing in Rogers City.  I hope to get the lease on it, it is city property.  I will be in front of the city council on Tues, March 15th at 7:00 to make my pitch.

Beech,

Back in 2004 before I sold my Rogers City Charly O's pizzeria we had a conversation regarding my desire to be the proprietor of the Pavilion at the harbor.  At that time you indicated to me that you thought I would be a good fit in that location.  I know I think I would be a great fit.  My desire for the Grill has not decreased in the 9 years since first I tried to get a foothold in Rogers City.  I recently spoke to Jackie and Randy Klump and they indicated to me that they would be interested in having me assume their inventory and interest in the Pavilion.  They want to work with me in the location but would like to lean on me as the business owner there rather than having that responsibility on their shoulders.  I toured the facility with them yesterday and we dropped by city hall.  Unfortunately Mark was tied up in meetings and you weren't in the office.

This letter is intended to communicate my sincerest desire to become the operator of the Pavilion for this year and as many years as the good folks of Rogers City will allow.  I intend to attend the City Council meeting this Tuesday, March 15th at 7:00 p.m. and hope to be able to conduct and conclude any and all business regarding this matter.  Please feel free to contact me via email or telephone and let me know what I have to do to get this done.  My excitement for this opportunity is infectious.  Let me share it with you.

Thank you so much,

Charlie Oncina, owner Charly O's pizzeria
