Of course I am.

Pizza, Steaks, Burgers and the usual lounge food. After that I am going to use flavors and themes from the South and West of this country. Cajun and Mesquite influences primarily. Tacos too. There will be a section on the menu called Bourbon Street and there will be Bourbon and Tequila flight samplers. Ever had a Cajun or Mexican pizza? Good stuff.
I don't even have to think about what I am going to do. I have been thinking about doing this type of thing for so long that doing it is almost like going on autopilot. I really am a firm believer that we make our own lives. I had a waitress I know in a local joint yesterday ask me how I was doing and I said "fantastic!" She asked why I was in such a good mood and the answer that leapt off my lips without premeditation was "I'm making dreams come true." It struck me when I said it. I feel like Button when he was about to win his WDC. That really is how I feel right now. I think, sans interaction with others, it is the best one can ever cause themselves to feel.
Go make your dreams come true guys. Take the risks and do the work. No one else is going to do it for you.
