I thought after their performance in the last 50 games or so, that they were done.

I was wrong.  :)

Ha Ha!

This is the first time since the D-Backs won the Series in 2001 that I have "shooshed" the wife while the sportscaster was talking. I can wear my TIGERS T-Shirt proudly !

Yippie.

Who'd a thunk it? When he cracked that homer, I turned to the missus and said "no way - games don't really end like that!" ;D

As much as the umpires tried to give the game to Oakland, the Tigers came though big when it counted (not counting when they left the bases loaded earlier in the game).

I'm pulling for 'em. God knows they're due for some good fortune.
