Aerodynamic electric car, as shown in the picture.
 The car is in England to deliver the goods.
 Payload it - a ton.
 Interesting sliding door to the cab driver in front of the machine.

What kind of car?

I posses an idea that it is just a (fake) drawing, not a real car.

Anyway, it is indeed a real deal, I'd also like to know what it is.

If you allow, I'd correct you a bit.

Here is a translation:

'Streamlined electric car shown on the photo serves as a delivery van in England. Its workload is 1 ton. Interesting feature is a sliding door into the cabin placed in the front of the car'.

So it was not a Russian car working in England, but the local one. I'm afraid some might have thought of it being Russian.
