A miniature Corvette zooms by.

Aluminum fenders of yellow that sheen,
Towering dubs with no tread.
Who’s the exec with the stars in his eyes?
Now he’s gone.

Track 4: Quality Scores are Getting Better

You’ve got to admit we’re getting better

We used to get mad at the news
JD Power stats weren't cool
Toyota, we found, smashed us to the ground
(I liked how their taillights were jeweled)

Track 5: Fixing a Hole

I'm fixing a hole where the rain gets in
and starts my car to moldering

I'm filling the cracks that ran though the door
The wiring bits, I’m soldering

And it really doesn't matter if doors fit tight
The trim’s all wrong
The right door’s trim’s all wrong
See the people standing there
Hoods propped on rods, up in the air
And wonder why they don't buy Olds no more...

I'm painting the hood in a colorful way,
The factory paint’s been crumbling
Where did it go?

And the radio turns off when I turn on the lights
When I flip on my lights
There goes my song...
Mechanic says a faulty ground
That worries me, the he asks me
Why is there so much Bondo on the door?

I'm taking my time to fix multiple things
that ceased to function yesterday
But it still goes...
