He's one of the three hosts of BBC Top Gear. The most amusing TV Car show I know.
He's the one who drives the Nissan GT-R across Japan. (the man with the mask!  ;D)

Seriously, why?  It is an uber-dork somewhat eurotrash automotive review show.  1/3 the cast is gay, and they use sophisticated humor with an anti-American bias.  So what?  If you watch the show from a world view, it's damn funny stuff.   

Just continue to support the torrents, and I'll continue to be a happy little bastard able to watch the real deal any time as many times as my heart desires.
