Chris Bangle, having cribbed most of Pontiac's mid 1990's design portfolio to 'improve' on BMW's previously classy and reserved designs, has set his sites on another Detroit automakers bag of design dreck - Dodge.
In a daring move away from BMW's recent "Wir bauen Aufregung" design language, Bangle and company have decided to go modern by aping The Dodge boy's 2003 Avenger show car. Looks good on 'em, we say, but some critics were quick to pan the new-look Ultimate Driving-to-the-Mall Machine.
Dame Edna for one, is reportedly shopping for a new set of wheels.
