While I like the concept of this thread, I think it is a pity that obscure cars like this one will go unpuzzled because they have appeared on this thread first. I think we should post only cars that have been puzzled before or that are widely known enough that they don't merit a puzzle.

Libya: Saroukh el-Jamahiriya, AKA Gaddafi's Libyan Rocket. Of course. This being the second incarnation from 2009, of which there are more images out there.

Canada: 1988 Vehma Torrero. (Vehma is now based in Detroit, but back then they were in Ontario). Another favourite from my teenage years. It still looks cool and futuristic today, 30 years later. If I was a millionaire, I would pay Vehma any amount they asked for to build me a replica.

Lichtenstein; Jahle Saphir. Jahle also made the 2CV-based MX kit car, plus various de Tomaso conversions.

The actual name is Jehle Saphier.

I see what you mean. Hat was one question that I had even when I started this game. Im going over the rules to see what I can do about it.

I really want to see how far we can go with this so I’m trying not to make it a flop. Hopefully everything just works out well till we get to the really obscure countries.

Sri Lanka: Toyota Vios
Do you have any sort of name for this vehicle? Anything like who created it or a company that did it?

I also plan on making another rule that there needs to be something like a company or person that is known to work on the car. Without it, it would be really hard to figure out where it came from.

If you cant find anyone who built that Vios, I’ll let you keep that one for Sri Lanka. But just remeber that next car you find has to have at least a person or company.

Keep on going guys! We are nearing a hundred strong!

This car was unveiled in the 2011 Car Smile Colombo Motor Show, to promote for Bodykits (as written over the hood). As I've learned is based on Toyota Yaris. After the show was painted in Orange and then placed for sale.
