Yes, the picture is in post #221, but it's there only to identify the correct car type seen in the previous picture of the same post (and in post #220), it's from 1953.

This is correct, I didn't notice that...

Now we have a problem I already noticed during the research for this puzzle.
At that time the cars in the show were not the same everytime.
During the motor show some cars changed... and they are not the same in all the pictures...

But according to the picture you posted there were a 1100 Zagato near the other 1100... so I add the double car in the same "slot" (car#59) and you recieve one more point!

I think I found something but it's pretty hard to prove it...howhever:
In the left part of the pic you should recognize the MB 220 cabriolet taken from rear...the same was later moved near to a 300SL Coupe.
I read SACO already guessed that but I've strong clues that my pics comes from '54...

If you are talking about the white convertible, that should be the 300 S you identified in reply #366.

I read SACO already guessed that but I've strong clues that my pics comes from '54...

This is a picture from 1953 Turin Motor Show, you can identify the year by looking at the two american cars, the Mercury and the Lincoln Capri, both are model year 1953.
In the picture there is a 300 SL, but this is not the right motor show.

In the picture there is a 300 SL, but this is not the right motor show.
This is in you left picture.

If you look at your picture on the right, the cars around are the same... and the 300 SL has a number... maybe "21" from 1952 Le Mans 24??

So I think it's clear the picture is not from 1954...

Hmmm...I have the same pic as yours plus 2 more...and the stands were more or less in the same position the ones you can see in the background of the other pics here...I thought I recognized the white panel for the Giulietta too...but obviously you know better...

Yes...that was my idea and my next guess would be the 300sl coupe...but I got it wrong it seems.
