Thanks. The general consensus is that it is Sally Mason-Styrron. It was taken at the Louis Vuitton Concours in 1999.

Yes, that fits
- I've met her once when I was competing at Mont Ventoux a few years ago and you can't miss her long blond hair or her expertise behind the wheel of the Ferrari 365GTB Daytona.....

I don't want to grouse here, but think these pics should be moved to a featured topic on its own as they're (though very nice!!) not in that classic pre-70s 'Kodachrome' look.

Granted, they were taken with Kodacolor but I thought a previous entry by Woodinsight, a French hill climber might like to see them. I present to you two Kodachrome mements:
Jack Brabham after winning the Aintree 200, 1964
David Piper in his iconic green GTO, Brands Hatch, 1968 ish

Well after one day on this board, I found a few kodachromes in an old ION slide scanner. Here are a couple from Bridgehampton Can Am, 1968, I think.

To be honest, I don't know if these were shot with Kodachrome, Ektachrome or Kodacolor, Agfa or Ansco or whatever. They're just old color pictures of stock car racing and that's enough for me.
