Thanks. The general consensus is that it is Sally Mason-Styrron.  It was taken at the Louis Vuitton Concours in 1999.

Yes, that fits
- I've met her once when I was competing at Mont Ventoux a few years ago and you can't miss her long blond hair or her expertise behind the wheel of the Ferrari 365GTB Daytona.....

Otto Puzzell

Her hair is getting dangerously close to those velocity stacks!  :o

I don't want to grouse here, but think these pics should be moved to a featured topic on its own as they're (though very nice!!) not in that classic pre-70s 'Kodachrome' look.  :-\

kento11

Granted, they were taken with Kodacolor but I thought a previous entry by Woodinsight, a French hill climber might like to see them.  I present to you two Kodachrome mements:

Jack Brabham after winning the Aintree 200, 1964

David Piper in his iconic green GTO, Brands Hatch, 1968 ish

Well after one day on this board, I found a few kodachromes in an old ION slide scanner.  Here are a couple from Bridgehampton Can Am, 1968, I think.

To be honest, I don't know if these were shot with Kodachrome, Ektachrome or Kodacolor, Agfa or Ansco or whatever. They're just old color pictures of stock car racing and that's enough for me.
