In this thread, pre-digital pictures of race cars, taken before 1980. I don't know if all of these, or even some, were actually taken with Kodachrome. I'm not a professional photographer, so go easy on me.

All I can say is WOW !!!!
You know I am very much involved in historical racing and the fabulous creative race cars from a era which produced automobiles greatest known race drivers and cars>>
Congrats !!!!

Do you have these pictures in a collection?
Can I use some of these to post at another site?

BTW, I think the one picture of James Dean and his Porsche, is the one taken of him fueling up his Porsche, and maybe 20 minutes before he died in the traggic wreck.

Also, the picture of the Lotus Indy/formula car, do believe that to be Jimmy Clark, If so, I had and then sold, to a prominent museum, the engine from the car. 289 Ford experimental X stamped, 4 bolt main plus much more.
