I´m a big guy (1,92cm) and I often just raise my Canon to an approximate height of 2,4 m with my natural born right arm. ![Cheesy :D](https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
Often this perspective deletes most of the disturbing surrounding objects I do not want to show.
I like to try extreme view angles to make my photos look different from those of the thousand other visitors around.
That´s always a challenge, but I like to go for it...
You're taller than me with my 188

Do you have a screen or what? My pics on a raised hand usually contain things completely different from what I wanted to depict

Still, to make some difference I always try to shoot as many details as possible - just some winglets, bolts, badges, several plans etc. Still, my own photographic abilities are not great, to be honest

I'm still to learn many basics.
