Classic Days 2012 at Castle Dyck, the saturday main event

I´ve visited the main event at the fabulous classic days at castle Dyck on saturday.

Wonderful photos Grob - you've caught the true atmosphere of this excellent event.
Definitely on my list of events to attend next year.

Was it crowded on Saturday? On Friday it wasn't and I liked that very much!

I stood up at 5:00 in the morning in Wiesbaden and drove to Dyck, where I´ve arrived at ca. 7:00.

This was the perfect time to take photos without too many people running around.

From 11:00-16:00 it is kind of crowded, but you´ve always got a chance to take great pictures anyway.

It still was and is my favourite event and I think everybody whose interested in old cars will love it!

The counters were open at 7:00 AM, yet?  

As first time visitors we reckoned it would be more reasonable to left the car at some distant parking place, so, we took our bikes with us. Arriving at 11:30 AM on Friday it wasn't neccessary at all.

I feel like this is an event to visit someday indeed - so many wonderful cars in such an awesome atmosphere, just stunning!
