An easy Expert point?

What is this vehicle called, and what is it based upon?

This is the VLF Automotive X-Force Concept, based on a Chevrolet Colorado. It was presented earlier this year at the Detroit Show. It's kind of disappointing that Henrik Fisker would sign off on something that looks as amateurish and hastily put together as this, IMHO.

And the point goes to el_monty for the complete answer.

I suspect that VLF is building the X-Force and actual Hummers now, to start a revenue stream.  These may be considered low-volume products, but their other products will be produced in much lower numbers.
