I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

The car looks like a Cooper, best guess is a Mk V from 1951 with a JAP 500 engine.

Front and rear transverse leaf springs, a small engine and standard car wheels: A Formula 500? If it is, it's pretty rare, can't see it anywhere!

It is a 500cc Formula 3 car. It's rare because only one was made!
