Checked my library completely. Haven't found any informations to that car. Are these still on the net?

The solution appeared in a veteran car magazine and a photo of the article is available online.

Damned!  :ranton:

Years ago I posted a puzzle in which this car played a role. Guess it shows a former development stage what later became the puzzle car I had posted.
Think it's on my PC at home..

The builder was a GDR enthusiast named Dieter Wendt.

Not bad for a 10 year old puzzle.  ;D

Yes, well remembered. The solution to this puzzle was here at AutoPuzzles all the time: https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2011-39/finally-solved-217-of-all-1961-vw-kubel-based-wendt-wagen/msg161728/#msg161728  ;D

Dieter Wendt built Max and Moritz on BMW 3/15 chassis before he built the Kübelwagen-based coupe.

Max and Moritz were featured as Eigenbau of the month back here: https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/features-stories-and-photos/eigenbau-of-the-month/msg529090/#msg529090

Two points for this Black Hole beauty.
