It is not as rare as I though, as I've found two different pictures. It seems it is called Bukh Mobil or Bukh Mobil 403.

I found they made 66 of them, 65 went to the Danish army. One remained with the company for doing shunting.

403 is correct, but I have another name than Mobil for it. Still locked.

I found a catalog that called it "Universal Tractor". By change, searching Bukh 403 I found your picture too. Which was captioned Universal.

Yes, that's the name I have too. I scanned the puzzle picture from an old Danish car magazine I happened to have, where just the name Bukh was mentioned. After some research I found out that the same picture is available online.
