I have it as a Renault 4cv Grand Sport, and it is from The Netherlands.

It is from the Netherlands, and it is based on a Renault 4.  My source does not give it the name "Grand Sport".

Can you find one of the two names it is known by, and name the builder?

It is not a Chausson.  Built after WW2.

 I have another photo of the same car but cannot establish any further information about it. My final guess is Trondeau, but if that is not successful, and  I have little confidence, please open it up.

I checked the date this car was built, and my source which indicated it was based on an "R4" was incorrect.  It is based on a Renault 4CV, which some people apparently call an "R4".

Too late! It is based on a Renault 4 CV Grand Sport, which is why it is called so in some sources, and H.P.M. Jonkers came from Valkenswaard.
