So I’ve studied long and hard on a few Pro and BH autopuzzles, but I think I finally found one. As far as I know, this is called the ‘Preva Special’ I could ony assume this car is from the U.S because of its style, and it’s a Corvette. But besides Preva Special. There really is no other info I could find on he internet.
This picture came from an Italian magazine with Impossible to read print, all I could make out was ‘The Candy Cars’ and the paragraph I clipped below. Other that there’s not much to make out. Hope this pleases you guys.
(I apologize for the cringe-worthy google translation)

(Because of the fold in the magazine, the text on the side of the car wasn't very clear. The caption under the picture says "Preval Special". The sign behind the car says "Preval Sprayer".)
The text describes the Corvette as being a 2-seater with a 900HP supercharged engine. Capable of doing 0-160kmh in 18 seconds. The builder was a 20-year-old from Paramus, New Jersey.
Should be a well-earned point for ChanceHuncha.
I have attached a clearer copy of the text and image from the Italian car magazine:
