The base is a Fiat 1100, I don't know which but I think a 103 base.  The coachbuilder is German.

Struggling to find other German coachbuilders of the era, so was this Fiat's body made by one of the engineering/bodywork schools that seemed to be more commonplace in Germany than in many other countries post-war?
