Series 4100. Style number 4130-s (with only a bench in the rear, a 5-passenger sedan), or style number 4175-s with additional folding seats in the back. As the interior is not visible I  stay with only Series 4100.

Sorry, the confusion was caused by an error in my source. Here the car is referred to as ‘Model 90’, but this designation only came about in 1935.
So it is a Cadillac V 16, Series 452, by Fleetwood & Co from 1930/31 and therefore your next point.
