I couldn't find any information on this, only the cab is Mitsubishi Fuso right?

Interestingly when I look for that license plate I get two completely different trucks: a much bigger one, and an armored APC.

In 2017, KamAZ, wanting to enter the light commercial vehicle (LCV) market, prepared an experimental low-tonnage model using a cab from the Japanese Mitsubishi Fuso Canter truck. It is expected that the model under the index 4307 and with a gross weight of less than 10 tons will occupy a market niche before the produced model 4308 with a gross weight of a little less than 12 tons. The carrying capacity of the prototype is 3.2 tons. The standard KAMAZ cab turned out to be too heavy for the model, which explains the use of a "third-party" cab. It is worth mentioning that Mitsubishi Fuso is a subsidiary of Daimler AG, which owns a 15% stake in KAMAZ. So the unification of the cabin of KAMAZ-4307 with the "Japanese" is not surprising. The KamAZ-4307 prototype was equipped with a 138-horsepower 3.9-liter Cummins ISBe 140 diesel unit and a German ZF gearbox. Regarding the serial production of KamAZ-4307, according to the director general of KamAZ Sergey Kogogin, pilot production (but with a cab from Chinese JAC N-series trucks) may begin in 2020, serial production - in 2021-2022.

Oh thanks!
Didn't find info because there is a typo in the title: 4037 instead of 4307!

Apparently KamAZ built Fuso trucks under license, so I guess it's from where the cab was borrowed
