The first one looks like the Chinese Dong Feng "Golden Dragon" ornament.

Don't know that car, but I think this mascot doesn't belong to it (Not the car from where I took it)

H is a dolphin that was placed on top of the radiator of the Delfin tricycle built in Barcelona by JFC in the 195s.

I'm confused.  Are these mascots fitted by owners. or are they original equipment fitted by the manufacturers?

I believe they are originally placed by manufacturers

Seems this Mascot was very popular. It's not De Cezac.
The J hood ornament belongs (apparently, not quite sure at this time) to a british 1911 car (or at least it's what my source says)

J is a popular aftermarket hood ornament, showing the famous Manneken Pis. You can read Bruxelles at the base of the sculpture.
