This is the Cheetah (no connection to the later Bill Thomas sports racer), built in the early '50s from a wrecked 1952 Ford chassis, Cadillac OHV V8, and various other bits, by John Plaisted, a car dealer in Massachusetts US.

Correct in all details. Photo from Mt Equinox . The car raced right up to 1963,
