The two cars were very much alike in appearance, the main difference being the windscreen. One of them got a write up in a local 1950s car magazine (I think I have a copy somewhere in a box in the garage) and (assuming the article was about the first car that was made) probably inspired the styling of the other. Almost all the brightwork was from an FJ Holden, including the rear lights - the rear bumper may be from an FJ but with the centre cut out, but I'm not sure. For the benefit of any forum members who are not familiar with the FJ Holden, here's what it looks like:
