I have stared at the EJS-Climax with its superficially similar wheels, but sadly it did not have a sister car.  So reminding my self that TVR were not averse to using Microplas shells on early cars, lets eliminate them first.

Well thought out. It is indeed a TVR chassis from the early days, Who put together this car?

Ian Munn?

YES! Hard graft as usual from you, and you found it.

It was put together by Ian Munn of Kirkintilloch, Glasgow and competed mainly in races north of the border. The photo was taken in 1956 and the car was for sale in 1957. Engine was quoted as 1305cc so I assume was a bored XPAG.
