It was designed to advertise Zerbini Modelli's ability to produce a concept.
I don't even know whether it actually had an engine; I guess if it was given one it could be engineered for either electric or petrol power.
In 2000 not all concepts were electric-powered...

I also tried to find out, which sort of power unit they used. And if there was anything like that under the car's skin... Never found any informations. Marked with "(?)" in my personal database...
