Sorry for not making it clear!
The answer I'm looking for isn't Reliant or F-16 (or PR2 as I said before).
This is locked for del78 for the moment, who first correctly identified it as an MGF proposal.

So this is in fact MG PR2 build by Reliant on Reliant Scimitar SS1 chassis, known as Reliant MG-F and also MG Phoenix Routes

Yes, it is.
My apologies as I posted the wrong picture by mistake..
I intended to post a picture of PR1 (and that's what my notes say it is...) but of course the picture shows the PR2.
So as you say it's the Phoenix PR2 - prototype for the MGF.
