I couldn't find much information about this car, and it's all a bit vague. However, it's a homemade car built (possibly) by Ernie Wright in 1969 using 'odds and ends of antique cars', 'a Jaguar transmission' and 'a Norman steamer(?) body'.

It seems to have a Jaguar V12 engine but what a "Norman steamer" body is I have no idea.  I can't trace any such steam car so maybe someone else know something about it?

I would say that the engine (if it is a Jaguar) is most likely an XK 6 cylinder as the V12 wasn't produced until 1971
