Another Austin Seven special I don't recognise! Seems to have been re-registered around 1949 to get the £10/10/- tax and to have back wheels and probably back axle off something like a Standard 8 or Singer 9
Some of us at Hatfield Tech in the late 1950s looked like those chaps - not that I recognise men or location of course.

So was the car actually built in 1949 as Allan suggested ?

Besides Austin, Standard or Singer components, does the car include parts from other cars ?
