Fellow Autopuzzlers, for a point please tell me the marque and year of this vehicle.
Please excuse the white stripe, I created the image by joining together two scanned magazine pages I found online and that bit was missing.

Barrett wins the point! It is indeed the Galba cyclecar, developed by Marcel Violet and using a smaller version of his two-stroke engine which was also used by, among others, Deguignand and later Donnet.
