Sorry for the late reply.

The engine is 5.448cc so that correct. However it is a Renault Suprastella (I belief that you misspelled the name and have corrected that).
It is not a Cabriolet by Saoutchik, the Cabriolet by Saoutchik has the door handle in the middle of the door. In the picture it is not, it is a suicide door.
But as you reply is now complete you get the point.
