It's a Mazda, but I have another model name, LOCKED for you.

There were similar vehicles before and after this, such as:

However, Mazda provides images for most of these and they do not match the puzzle vehicle.

Ah, I see what happened now. In the beginning, the company was named Toyo Kogyo Co., Ltd. and the brand was "Mazda-Go." The brand became known as simply "Mazda" not long after, but the company only officially adopted this name in 1984. ("Green Panel" was a popular nickname for the Type-GA, in the way that "Bug" is commonly used for the Volkswagen Beetle.)

So the official name of the puzzle vehicle is: "Mazda-Go Type-GA"
