Hungary was not part of Austria?
Together, the nations of Hungary and Austria composed the multinational state of Austria-Hungary. The Kingdom of Hungary maintained its own monarchy, parliament, prime minister, capital, etc. I doubt most Hungarians would agree with the statement that Hungary was "part of Austria." There was far more separation of power between these two nations, for example, than would exist among republics of the Soviet Union, yet I doubt most citizens of former Soviet republics would agree their country had been "part of Russia."
Semantics aside -- yes, this car was manufactured in Hungary.
