I have a photo of it trailing Arthur Mallock's U2 in 1962, but no mention of what it is. A guess is Mike Pilbeam's first car from 1959.
First Lotus?
Eric Broadley's first Lola?
It looks familiar but I'm certainly not certain!I think I remember the early Len Terry designed Terrier Ford-engined car that Brian Hard owned and drove looked like that, so that's my guess for the moment.
Yimkin?

Ironically I now have a photo of this car racing a Yimkin at Silverstone - and recognisable by its reg.no - but labelled a Terrier. Do you have it as a DRW?
The front suspension looks very similar to a Lotus 6 - any connection?
It looks like the split Ford axle used by so many 'Ford Specials' and that separates it from the visually similar Yimkins and Terriers. Is it an 1172 unique car, or was it manufactured on a small scale.
Is it Arthur Mallock in the U2 ?
Is it either a Milmor or an Aquila?
