I think this is the 500 "G.D.C" with a Norton Manx engine.

Dear 'Ifan', please be so kind and find the year of the racer's build, then I'll feel happy to add your first point to your account. LOCKED for 'Ifan'

Sorry, yes. I think, this is only fair. I wrote a PM to 'Ifan', awaiting his answer. If he will not answer soon, I will open for all again.

I only want to mention, that as soon as I open the puzzle for all, I will lift it up to the Masters-category, as I think, it will be fair enough, to give every player a chance to search for the small rest of the solution

Don't you think you were being a bit unreasonable considering this is his first post?  How can he be expected to know that your "Full details" includes the year.
It wouldn't surprise me if we never see him again.

Polite additional questions like the one I asked 'Ifan' (see above) will only scare away fellow players in the rarest of moments, even if they are extremely sensitive.
There is indeed much greater potential for this in your judicial calls. But you can feel very lucky with me. As you can't hardly get rid of me. Quite the reverse!  I feel happy about every strange heckling from you.
I would even be very happy too, to play along on your own created AutoPuzzle-site, with special individual rules for each player how to do. How about? What a fascinating prospect
