Name "Condor" is correct, base "1963 Corvette" too, but my source names another builder....

I am confident that Jack Walker was the builder of this car...please unlock if you have another name for who built this car...my source say Jack Walker built this car.

I will give you a hint: My source states a far earlier appearance of this car than 1970 (as stated on the Kustomrama-page),...
...and you can find the builder's name of my source, mentioned in the 'Jack Waller article'
