It's usually just one vehicle per guess, but as it's neither a Chevrolet or Dodge 4 it can pass this time around.

Excuse my slow response; been way too busy for AP over the past few weeks. Now finally catching-up, so to answer the last couple of questions...

This company made vehicles before 1930, and yes, this commercial vehicle was built and sold for a particular purpose. I hope this helps.
