I visited the CAAPY (Matford, Simca, Chrysler, Talbot, Peugeot, et.) museum in Poissy a few weeks ago (where I took my photo) and the curator there explained to me that this was the Project 929 XA proposal (he was convinced it was by Bertone, but it looks more Michelotti or Pininfarina to me) for a Simca-badged version for the car, to sit above the Simca 1300-1500, with the British version (where the Chrysler 160-180-2-Litre was developed) due to be branded as a Humber.
