Found it, its indeed a stripped Gallardo as I indicated before, but by Heffner Performance, it will be Twin-Turbo and they call it a Go-Kart.
To me it is fundamentally a Lamborghini Gallardo, thus Europeean. I once saw a repair being done to one, the front was fully stripped down, so I recognised this one.

That would be it! Of course I know that the Gallardo is European but I was basing it off of the company working on it, which is american. (I was hoping the big beefy Viper up in the back would be a giveaway

) but anyways, the point goes to you!
