A very sexy looking automobile by any standard!

    * Designed to be a plug-in hybrid, the concept uses a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine.

LONDON — Part Savile Row, part Champs-Elysees: It's the GQbyCITROEN concept, a "gentleman's car" designed by the French automaker's British-born designer Mark Lloyd, in cooperation with the U.K. edition of GQ magazine. The concept was unveiled in the magazine's April issue.

Lloyd, the man behind the just-released Citroen DS3 and Citroen's chief designer for international projects, calls the GQbyCITROEN "understated rather than in-your-face and sleek rather than too macho." Dylan Jones, editor of the U.K. edition of metrosexual bible GQ, says the magazine wanted "the sort of car no sane man could choose to ignore."

The grand tourer has an unmistakable Citroen look with that instantly recognizable chevron logo on a sculpted front end and a stylishly concave rear window. The interior was designed and upholstered by Savile Row tailor E. Tautz. Patrick Grant, the tailor's creative director, calls the look "military inspired."

True to the times, the GQbyCITROEN is designed to be a plug-in hybrid with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder direct-injection engine that takes the concept from zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph. CO2 emissions, says Citroen, are 80g/km.

Those are some pretty impressive stats from a 1.5 litre motor as well.

You wanna be the man, you gotta Name That Car!

Allemano

I like the side and the rear view, but the front is too 'Alien'-like and too aggressive in my opinion
BTW: Citroën's new attempts shown in Geneva remind me of George Barris works from the sixties...

OMG, Allemano. That "purple people eater" is GHASTLY!!!! :o  :disbelief:

The woman standing NEXT to it, however........

And while I agree about the front fascia, by current standards, where Audi and Acura and Mazda are all emulating the "Heath Ledger As The Joker" theme, it's not too bad, in an OK sort of way!   ;)

It never remind me of the Joker's face, but...it's in the eyes of the beholder...

If you take a closer look these hostesses often look bored or exhausted. Not enjoyable for me. ;)

If you had to stand for 8 hours under hot lights grinning like a baboon and being mentally undressed by every male in the hall, you'd be bored and tired too?

Down with sexism!

:lmao:

If it weren't for sexism, you wouldn't have gotten that job.

MG

What? I have a job?   :o

When did that happen? And why was I not informed?  I'm gonna sue!   >:(

That assertion is a damnable lie and a blot on my reputation!    ;D
