This is not strictly a book review, but a book offer. The latest edition of this book is out and if you want I can get you an autographed copy from Mr Martin Pfundner, who's the editor of the current edition. Price is EUR 59.90 plus shipping. Please let me know by next Tuesday if you wish to receive a copy.

I just received a big lot of magazines.
I'm keeping the ones I need for my collection but there are about 400 more I will sell/exchange/give away.

I'm going to give priority to requests from fellow autopuzzlers.
I will have a list in the near future, but I'm going to start with these 3 lots:

Ruoteclassiche (65 issues from #1 to #70 with only 5 missing issues)
La Manovella (53 issues from 1986 to 1993, only 5 missing issues)
Quattroruote (170 issues from 1970 to 1985-90 (issues numbered between 178 and 400)

I will consider any offer for these 3 lots.

I'm not expecting much for Quattroruote (not consecutive numbers for such a long period) but I would spare much time selling them all together.
La Manovella's and Ruoteclassiche's lots are the best issues for each collection and are higly appreciated.
I know more or less how much I could obtain but I just would like to get back what I paid for and it's less than they are worth.

If anyone is interested, I can give you a rough idea of what you will find there (test drives, obscure cars, etc), because I already filed all their articles in my database, but only if you are interested in one of these lots (not the single issues).
If I will not have offers, I'll try to sell them via other channels for a limited period of time.
If time will pass and my wife have not killed me already, I will sell them one by one and you can ask for the issues regarding a particular car (or subject) you are interested in.

I can post pictures & co. if needed.

I'm selling my magazines one by one now, but as promised, I'm preparing special offers for Autopuzzlers:

Fuoriserie Lancia: 7 magazines.

In these 7 magazines there are 7 articles (8 pages each) about coachbuilt Lancia: Appia, Aprilia, Astura, Augusta, Aurelia, Flaminia e Flavia.

You'll find pictures of models by Allemano, Balbo, Bertone, Boano, Boneschi, Borsani, Canta, Casaro, Castagna, Farina, Frua, Ghia, Monterosa, Montescani, Monviso, Motto, Pininfarina, Scaglione, Scioneri, Touring, Vignale, Viotti e Zagato...but also Abbott, Charles, Ghia-Aigle, Kevill-Davies & March, Pourtout, Whittingham & Mitchel...

If this is not enough, in the same magazines there are big dossiers (10 pages) about: Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint, Citroen 2CV, Ferrari 250GT, Fiat Topolino, Mercedes Benz SSK and MG A.

And some test drives too, of course:
Alfa Romeo Giulietta TI, Alfa Romeo Montreal, Alfa Romeo Spider Duetto, Chevrolet Corvette XP-895, Ferrari 250GT Coupe Boano, Fiat 124 Spider, Fiat 525, Fiat Nuova 500, Fita 600D, Lotus Elan, Lotus Elite, Fiat 500c Belvedere, Fiat 500 Italosport, Maserati 2000 A6GCS, Mercedes Benz 230SL Coupe, Morris Mini Minor, Peugeot 404 Diesel Record, Porsche 356 S90, Porsche 356 Carrera 2...

and a lot more.
30 Euros and it's all yours.

Here I am again with another group of magazines.
I'd like to swap them with the ones I am missing...but I will consider (and very likely accept) any offer above zero for each one of them: I don't have time to sell them and I know they will go to real aficionados.
I'm waiting for Djetset's PM, who already told me he is interested, but in the meantime, you can have a look and see if there's something you need/like.

Is there anyone out there who has the 1983 book "Alla Saabs Sportsbilar" (All Saab Sportscars) by Bjorn Svallner?
I'm esp. looking for pics of the original Coggiola Saab Sonett proposal which is featured showing two small b+w images.

Thanks in advance!

Still looking Allemano? I think maybe it'll be something I buy next month so I can copy anything you need then, if there is no rush...

I'm not sure if this is something that would interest the AP crowd, but I've listed a collection of approximately 80 Ferrari books (plus some scale models, etc.) for sale on Bring-A-Trailer. The auction ends five days from today. I won't post a link here, but it can be easily found as "Collection of Ferrari Literature and Memorabilia."
