Yes. It's the DKW-powered Le Nivet of de Victor at the 1948 Bol d'Or. It was previously posted to accompany the photo of a different Le Nivet on another thread.

But there has been a discussion about the connection between these two cars. Besides the different bodywork one is a central steering monoposto while the other is a LHD two-seater. So I wouldn't merge these two threads.
