The manufacturer produced serial cars or is this a one-time project

It was intended as a production car, but only prototypes were built. This is a race car built for promotion.

Was this race just for this brand or there were included other brands?

I don't know for sure, but I think the event was open to all cars.

I am not at home for a few days, so I don't have my reference. I don't think your place names are correct however although it WAS a race between 2 cities.

We have a winner! Oddly enough, my information also stated the race ended in Sacremento, but that's not what is needed here. The car is correctly identified.

This was a 5-cylinder rotary-engined car which was intended for production but the prototype remained the only one built. My source reckons the car failed to reach the finish.
