I've found this photo. Appears in a page from Romania. It's tagged as Steyr XVI Tourenwagen. 1928 Winner of the Grand Prize of the City of Sinaia at the inaugural edition of the Festival of vintage cars.

Don't read too much into it

A couple years ago a Romanian site featured the story of Marta, a car built in the city of Arad from 1908 to the first WW. They took a random picture from an auction house of an early car (I can't remember which brand, but it was definitely not a Marta) and used it as the illustration. Even today you can see that photo popping in relation to Marta.
